Spitifre sketch

Filler time!

So while I'm working on other actual pictures, I thought I'd share the process for Spitfire. Her pose was very difficult, and the overrall idea for her image took many many sketches to work out. Here's one of the sketches that got to a very late phase until I decided i didn't really like it. Looks VERY differet doesn't it? She still doesn't have her wings in this imag,e and that was always going to be the most difficult part of her. Since I didn't want them to cover her too much... It's always the difficulty with pegasi.
