Prince Asriel

So yeah, Undertale. Is there anything that hasn't been said about that game at this point that hasn't been said. I doubt it, but hear me out anyway.

As usual I'm arriving to the party late art-wise. I've only had the chance to play the game personally recently, even though I have watched the game being played over and over again on youtube. And as I knew it would be me playing it myself hadn't diminished the experience in any way.

The fact that a indie game like Undertale is the first game in a looooong time that truly made me FEEL something, and continues to do so every time I watch art, videos, read fanfic, and listen to the amazing music and fan-made remixes is incredible to me. The characters will be dear to me for years to come, and I am glad to have been around when it came out.

It took me so long to make art because I felt like I was never sure if I could produce anything that'd be good enough. I am still not sure if this is, but looking at it makes me feel happy. I may try my hand at drawing more later, I hope. The only regret I have is that the scanner KILLS the gradient around the edges and makes them very streaky and bad looking. Oh well, can't help that I suppose.

Turns out there was a lot to say, and I still feel like I have more to say about it afterall.

After all it is UNDERTALE.
